Regardless of the project delivery method chosen, all CMI project teams are composed of dedicated project management and site supervisory personnel combined with support from executive management and our technical services groups: engineering, estimating, procurement, and scheduling.
From the onset of your project, we retain complete responsibility for quality, schedule, and cost control issues.
Site Supervision
Superintendents employed by CMI are all seasoned builders with a thorough understanding and respect of their surroundings and nature of the work. All have completed OSHA-certified safety training programs and are regularly required to pass drug and alcohol testing.
All superintendents have passed extensive security background investigations and subscribe to our zero tolerance behavior policies and code of personal conduct.
Communications
Once a team is established, all members are fully accessible 24 x 7 to clients during each project's life cycle through the latest developments in internet-based project management and communications. To get things done correctly and in a timely manner, all CMI team members are empowered to make decisions. With an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, we focus on the project and "what is right" rather than "who is right".
We aspire to create a culture of experienced and disciplined professionals who are encouraged to utilize their entrepreneurial spirit in an effort to achieve better results for our clients.
When CMI is responsible for design, we develop the technical team as follows:
Design Professionals
Once we understand the scope and nature of a project, we offer the names of architects and engineers for your consideration based on matching your particular requirements with the specialized experience possessed by each firm. For example, some firms excel in restoration, some in applications such as communications facilities and yet others have very strong laboratory design expertise. When requested by the client, we will invite several design professionals to meet with you for interviews.
You may already have a firm with whom you have a strong relationship. In that event, we are also prepared to meet with that firm — our desire is simply to develop a complete, "team based" collaborative, design/build package.
