CMI teamed with KSBA Architects in a two phase plan to renovate the core and shell and provide all tenant improvements to the historic Hammermill paper mill in Erie, PA.  Renovations included the fourth floor executive suites that included custom-made bookcases, raised paneling and built-in fireplaces.   

Located in the region’s premier waterfront industrial park, the project area consisted of 70,000 SF.
